Remit:
- Represent resident interests on the Board.
- Be a point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and ideas.
- Help organise community events or engagement initiatives.
- Communicate decisions made by the Board in a clear, accessible way.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and feedback.
- Champion inclusivity and accessibility across estate policies.
Specifics in respect to handover/transition:
- Communication Anchor: Keeps residents informed throughout the handover and transition—via email, newsletters, or Q&A sessions.
- Issue Collection: Gathers residents’ feedback on activities performed by the Developer and/or old Managing Agent and any issues experienced during the transition.
- Trust Building: Helps manage expectations during the early phase with the new Managing Agent and channels concerns constructively.
