The operational activity undertaken on The Dovecote will be the visible evidence of activity that most residents will be aware of.
Remit:
- Oversee day-to-day physical maintenance and service delivery across the estate (e.g., lighting, bins, roads, communal spaces).
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance is met.
- Maintain records of works, schedules, and service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain a works log/issue tracker for transparency and accountability.
Specifics in respect to handover/transition:
- Asset Review: Works with the new Managing Agent to audit the physical condition of the estate (lighting, roads, landscaping, drainage, etc.).
- Snagging/Defects: Works with the Developer to resolve as many items on the snagging list as possible.
- Contract Transition: Ensures all new supplier contracts (gardening, etc.) are established.
