All play equipment within the equipped play area and the play items along the natural play trail will be regularly inspected by a competent person, to identify any obvious hazards.
All pieces of play equipment will undergo frequent checks to ensure the equipment is safe and fit for purpose. The high quality appearance of the equipment will be maintained through maintenance inspections with work undertaken as required.
Whilst annual inspection is not mandatory, we will take advice from our Managing Agent in formulating an appropriate inspection regime.
