The Dovecote ManCo is led by a team of resident volunteers who serve as directors of the company. Each member brings unique skills and a shared commitment to supporting the estate, safeguarding its future, and ensuring the smooth running of our community spaces.
Together, we work to:
- Represent the interests of all residents
- Oversee the maintenance of shared areas and assets
- Appoint and manage third-party contractors
- Review budgets and service charge expenditure
- Respond to queries, feedback, and concerns from the community
- Uphold the obligations and covenants set out in the TP1 or Lease
